2020 By the Numbers
In the last year, YML won 12 new clients, grew revenue 60% YoY (3x 2019), won new business at an 86% rate, hired more than 150 people (45% growth YoY), and earned a 96% staff retention rate.
For State Farm, YML built a new digital platform enabling easier access to services like roadside assistance and accident repair. And for Thrive Market, YML implemented a data-driven customized and personalized experience for online shoppers that increased first-time orders by 16%.
