Designed by YML, the new experience catalogs more than 7,000 items and offers a more personalized way for consumers to build and ship their groceries. Focusing on increased sign-ups and first box shipments, YML revamped Thrive Market’s interactive quiz to show customers products based on their lifestyle or dietary preferences, which allows them to seamlessly build a box of their favorite products faster.
In addition to increasing conversion and engagement for first time orders, YML worked with Thrive to define and execute an auto-ship strategy that makes it seamless for customers to reorder, too. With this new streamlined process, Thrive continues to differentiate itself as a more affordable, personalized way to shop and eat healthier.
