Chopt Launches New App to Elevate Customer Experience, Built by YML
By YMLChopt Creative Salad Co. (part of Founders Table) just announced the launch of its new mobile app, redesigned and rebuilt in partnership with YML. The goal for Chopt was to elevate the digital customer experience by improving essential features like item customization and reordering, while introducing new, helpful features like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

YML partnered with Chopt on a visual rebrand of the app, with new art direction inspired by the Chopt mission to bring creativity and great taste to healthy eating. The new look and feel is vibrant, and offers extreme customization and optionality for customers.
The app was also completely rebuilt with new engineering infrastructure (iOS + Android dev from scratch + integrations with existing 3rd party), and an insights-driven product growth strategy to make the ordering (and re-ordering) experience faster and more intuitive.
