YML Promotes a Record 150 People Globally

YML, Ad Age’s 2022 Customer Experience Agency of the Year and digital transformation leader in Silicon Valley, announces a record 150 promotions for employees in 2022. These promotions were spread across countries and teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, Client Strategy, Project Management, People, Talent, and Finance teams.
“It’s an incredible source of pride for me and the executive team to promote this many talented people,” shared Ashish Toshniwal, YML’s co-founder and CEO. “We’re building the next generation of YML leaders.”
YML is coming off its third consecutive year of record growth. In 2021, YML grew the team 47% YoY, now 520+ employees globally. The agency also brought on 14 new clients, including Twitter, Champion and Clover.
As an organization, YML continues to invest in holistic tactics that will build a more diverse team, echoing the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout every aspect of the agency. “YML’s North Star is a simple, yet powerful, idea: a YML workforce from different backgrounds, cultures, genders and races facilitates building better, more impactful products for a broader, global audience,” shared Minela Bjelevac, YML’s Head of People and Culture.
