YML recently worked with California Pizza Kitchen and used Olo’s platform to rebuild and re-strategize the popular chain’s digital ecosystem. CPK’s existing data structure had product, store and customer data, as well as store info, gift cards and marketing content — all necessary ingredients to the recipe — stored across separate services.
